The process:

• Inspect the roof.
• Replace broken and chipped tiles.
• Pressure clean roof, gutter and fascia (4000 psi).
• Remove loose mortar/pointing and re cement (Only if necessary).
• Apply flexible pointing.
• Final check and removal of any loose materials prior to sealing.
• Apply sealer coat (1 Coat).
• Apply base and top coat (2 Coats).
• Repaint gutters and fascia (Optional).
• Clean up.
